On 27 June 2024 sadly Sir Jack Petchey CBE passed away peacefully.
During his lifetime he was committed to supporting young people, helping to raise their aspirations, encouraging them to take advantage of opportunities and helping them to play a full part in society.
The Jack Petchey Foundation was set up by Sir Jack Petchey in 1999 and since that day has invested over £170 million in programmes and projects benefitting young people aged 11–25 in London and Essex.
Today, the Jack Petchey Foundation remains committed to remembering the life and vision of Sir Jack Petchey and will honour his life’s achievements by continuing to operate in his memory.
